Barry Weston Clark is the founder of Weston Snowboards. He has been snowboarding for over 30 years. A native of the coastal Washington logging community of Montesano, he moved to Colorado in 1991. Barry’s loves riding with family and friends in Vail’s back bowls and Beaver Creek’s tree runs. He often tries to end his day on the mountain riding Vail’s legendary side country run, The Minturn Mile. Barry considers himself a free market environmentalist and began some of the first experimentation using Beetle Kill Pine and other sustainable materials in snowboard construction. He says of Weston Snowboards, “ I want the snowboards we create to enable people to connect with nature in a way that changes them forever".
